Anna Of The North unveil second single “Someone” ahead of debut album

High-profile rising stars Anna Of The North are ready for the release of their debut album “Lovers” expected for September 8 via Different Recordings/Honeymoon/+1 Records.

Their second single floats in between 80s pop synths and audacious vocals reminding us why Scandinavians are the best when it is time to create innovative pop music. About the track, the duo explain:

We think almost everyone has woken up after a big night, instantly regretting something that happened. It’s about how easy it is to break your promises when you’ve had a couple of drinks. Going deeper, the song is about accepting that you’re only human and to learn how to forgive yourself for your own mistakes and accepting that sometimes we need someone to save us from repeating any old habits.
