Trans-national band Balún share the second single “Teletransporte” taken from their much-anticipated sophomore album “Prisma Tropical”. A mix of electronics, reminding Björk‘s Vespertine Era and South-American sounds.
Mixing strings, zampoña (an Andean pan flute), smooth vocals and robotic production, the track is mesmerizing, taking you to a dark travel into the unknown. Based in Brooklyn and Puerto Rico, the band take the best of both cultures to create the perfect melting-pot of sounds. The experimentation is mastered and you’ll be completely transported thanks to the many layers of production.
