Celeste reflects on hopeless times in new track “Milk & Honey”

Brighton artist Celeste, one of the signees of the new label by Lily Allen called Bank Holiday Records, just released the soothing video for her track “Milk & Honey”.

Produced by SBTRKT collaborator Tev’n, the track showcases the best of her vocals giving it a perfect hazy atmosphere to her reflections on her hopeless moments of her life. Navigating in between sultry R&B and eerie pop, Celeste evolves in a soulful sleek vibe, where she looks at the past to learn from her own mistakes, expecting for a bright future. She explained about the track:

“Milk & Honey” is about finding some sort of “Nirvana”, if you like, it touches upon my aspirations of wealth and love and visions I have had dreams about, and reminisces on times of melancholy.
