“Liquid Dreams” is taken from Desire‘s upcoming album Escape, to be released on Italians Do It Better this summer.
After “Escape” and “Black Latex,” DESIRE have shared another single from their long-awaited sophomore album. The summer-ready, disco-inflected track is actually darker than what it sounds as the band’s frontwoman Megan Louise ruminates “Why You Wanna Hurt Me?”. The track also comes with a Johnny Jewel-directed, aqueous video starring Megan swimming in a pool, desperately trying to reach the surface of the water. Watch below.
