Bluhm is an emerging independent band based in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, featuring Claire Bluhm on vocals and guitar, and Cameron John Marion as a multi-instrumentalist and producer. All of their songs are written, recorded, and produced by Bluhm in their home studio. It gives their music a DIY and dreamy vibe, reminiscent of bands like Beach House, but with a more pop-oriented approach to melody.
Earlier this month, Bluhm released their sophomore album, Midnight Hill, following their 2023 LP, Garden of Hearts. Standout tracks on the album include the opening song, “Honey, I’m Afraid,” and the closing one, “About a Heart.” Listen and support the album on Bandcamp below.

With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
