London-based artist FKA twigs shared a brand new track “Trust In Me” alongside the commercial for Nike that she directed herself.
The new short film is called “Do You Believe In More?” and it features the new song that was recorded before even being considered for the campaign. The artist is the new creative director for the “Spring Zonal Strength Tights.” The film evolves around twigs surrounded by athletes that she casted herself. It was filmed around a jungle where they pull off some amazing choreographies and sports clothes take the first role.
About the collaboration, FKA twigs added that she released the new song because she “realized it would be perfect, because the lyrics say, “Put your trust in me.” In a way, we’re asking people to look at me and the other amazing athletes in the video and trust the way we are.”
