Murmur and Mörmaid‘s “Drift” is out now on Siren Song Records.
Norwegian singer-songwriters and producer Murmur and Mörmaid have linked up for a collaborative single. A vibey synthpop offering, “Drift” is an ode to letting go and immersing oneself in love. More straightforward and luminous than Murmur‘s Behind Your Back, one of our favourite EPs of 2020, the track presents scintillating textures and mermaid-y vocals – after all, it’s released on Siren Song Records.
Arnaud, a passionate music enthusiast from France, now based in Madrid, founded HighClouds in 2015. With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
