Experimental pop project of London-born, Berlin-based artist Sasha Perera aka Perera Elsewhere announces the release of her EP, a year after her sophomore album.
Last year, with her second album, the artist created around herself a steady repertoire of inventive, out-of-the-box pop, using quirky electronic sounds to shake the typical construction of popular songs. She has announced a new five-song EP that will be called “Drive” and it’s out May 4 via Friends of Friends. “If you drive/Through my mind/All the images you will see”, she sings, creating an entire atmosphere where vocal effects and slinky sounds shine. Let’s see what Perera Elsewhere‘s new EP will sound like, but judging from the first taste, it will be grandiose.
