Pink Skies announces debut EP, shares “Reflections”

Oakland born artist Pink Skies announces the release of his self-titled debut EP, after being signed in Huh What & Where Recordings. “Reflections” is the first single of the EP.

Grooving between 70s psychedelia and pop melodies, the artist doesn’t hesitate on mixing different eras of music. His sound is the reflection of his wide musical backgroung showing that he is a force to reckon with. Signed in the home of artists such as Kaytranada, FWDSLXSH, among others, he let us know that 2018 is going to be his year! About his newly-released track, Pink Skies stated:

“Reflections” is about old memories. Sometimes it feels like you’re moving forward in life, and then one thing can just trigger your mind to bring up old memories and feelings that you thought you were past. I don’t want to reveal too much about what the song means to me personally, because I think everyone has their own perspective and meaning when it comes to art. It all comes down the journey and movement through life, trying to move on or let go of certain people or experiences. To me, it seems as the feelings with the strongest emotions are the ones that are the hardest to let go.

Pink Skies‘ “Reflections” is out now via Huh What & Where Recordings.
