Their band name, which evokes a fictional, slightly shady character, perfectly reflects their ironic, offbeat energy. In three singles, Reggie Devoyage’s basement pop has become a space for experimenting with expressive synths, playful basslines, and intimate vocals.

It’s a retro synth-pop jam layered with lo-fi disco grooves and just enough existential dread to keep things interesting. There’s something magnetic in the way it all comes together — jarring FX, dramatic orchestral stabs, and a pulse that mirrors the restlessness of the streets. “Down Town is an urban jungle fever dream,” the band says. And honestly? That description nails it.
The track’s gritty VHS-style video — shot in just one day by Janosch Pugnaghi, who already worked with HighClouds favorites John Moods and Discovery Zone, leans all the way into the song’s chaotic, nostalgic energy. It feels like flipping through a scrapbook of neon-lit nights and blurred emotions.
