True Vacation‘s “Everything’s Just Fine / Wannabe” is out via Old Voltage Records.
Hailing from Los Angeles, the band True Vacation explore the intersection between retro synth pop and modern chillwave, with their waterfall of synths, 808’s electronic drums, lush synth pads, and guitars. Co-produced by neo-psychedelic poster boy Vinyl Williams, their debut release “Everything’s Just Fine / Wannabe” was recorded to tape on a Tascam 388 in the vintage gear heaven Old Voltage Studio in LA.
