It’s been a few weeks that superstar drag queen Kim Chi has been lip-syncing in her own shows PC Music member Danny L Harle‘s latest single “Me4U”. And of course, she didn’t hesitate to partipate on the video alongside a cat.
Laying on top of stuffed animals, the anime creature doesn’t lose a word on the perfectly synchronized Matt Copson-directed visual. As the entire universe represents well enough the mixture of Western electronic music infused with a strong dose of K-Pop, who can represent their whole aesthetics better than Kim Chi? About their collaboration, Danny L Harle stated:
I first met Kim Chi when I met up with her and Naomi Smalls in Korea earlier this year. We both happened to be in Seoul – they were out there doing a show and I was opening for Carly. The vocalist who sings ‘Me4U’ is Morrie, who I initially met on the same trip to Seoul. The song and video would have never happened had it not been for that one trip. I am honoured to have Kim Chi lip synch to my song. She is an icon!
