Sung by longtime collaborator Gustaph, Hercules & Love Affair‘s new surrealistic video for “My Curse And Cure” tells the story of Andy Butler battle against addiction.
Taken from their last album “Omnion” released last year, the track has a strong message without ever forgetting the main goal of the band: to overcome our struggles with dancing. It’s hard to resist their addictive electronic beats while singing empowered lyrics such as “These broken bones / They hold me up / I put one foot in front of the other / It takes everything I’ve got.” For the video, they decided to showcase a fusion between weirdness, fashion, nature and pain.
