After the release of different singles, the New York-based duo Me Not You shared their electric final single “Chemical Cure”.
Thanks to “Surfers“, “Eventually” and “Everafter“, the duo gathered thousands of streams over Spotify and the attention of the entire internet. Mixing effective choruses, with electro-rock inspired sounds, they have shown their ability to blend genres that no one was expecting. Their last single “Chemical Cure” is about bad days, and how we try to overcome them, as Me Not You explained:
The song is about waking up every day and having to face what’s going on out there in there world. it’s about wanting to, and also not wanting to, lean on chemicals to deal with the ups and downs of life.
