After dating all through high school, Mica Tenenbaum and Matthew Lewin decided to go separate ways as they went to college in different states. 2 years later, they reunited again thanks to the love of creating pop music. Does it sound like a movie? Yes. But this is the story behind duo Magdalena Bay who just shared their third track “Neon.”
With Mica in the songwriting and vocals and Matthew in songwriting and production, they formed the perfect duo to create intimate pop music as a reflect of their relationship. Inspired by the 80s music, ballads, synths and love stories, “Neon” is the companion you needed for your stargazing nights.
