Following up her debut EP Fall In Love, released back in 2018, Michigan-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalistFADE returns as marsfade with a kaleidoscopic new song. On “Do U Know What I Mean,” the introspective DIY artist navigates once again her anxiety but, this time, she also releases the pressure. What started as a dreamy romantic rumination suddenly takes an unexpected explosive turn, giving the bedroom track a shoegaze-y edge. This is the sound of someone who channels her frustration into her music, the sound of a lover you don’t want to mess with.
Arnaud, a passionate music enthusiast from France, now based in Madrid, founded HighClouds in 2015. With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
