Our friend Deer Du Bois told us a few weeks ago about the existence of Belgian duet Mortalcombat who share their debut “Beau et Décadent”. The duo have now unveiled a sweet video influenced by modern dating.
Inspired by 80s French music and synth electro bands like Metronomy or Air, the duo writes about love with a sense of humor. There is some sweetness yet tragedy into falling for someone. Formed by Sarah Riguelle and César Laloux, they will be releasing their debut EP “Vacances en France” on February of next year via young label dear.deer.records.
