Max Doohan, Sam Richards, and Iiris Vesik weave “Television” together with falsetto vocals soothing synths and a subtle guitar in the background. Night Tapes‘ composition truly shines on this single which easily hooks listeners while making them ponder digital detachment with lyrics like: “I don’t want to become just a person / On my phone in ambiance / Wanna be where the fun is” and “You can’t go back / You know too much now.”
“Television” is Night Tapes first release of 2025 and comes just after they debuted their assisted memories EP, last June.
