It’s Obenewa season. Listen to her new R&B banger, “Save Me.”
We discovered Obenewa six months ago with her creative debut track “He”. Since then, the English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist systematically caught us with all the singles she has released so far! She is now back with a brand new jam, “Save Me,” with the excellent Machinedrum on production duties.
Blending R&B with dance textures, the track features some gorgeous ethereal choirs as well as a melody that is reminiscent of Ne-Yo‘s “Sexy Love.” This jam is supposed to be featured on her forthcoming self-titled EP, out soon via Wunderkind.
Arnaud, a passionate music enthusiast from France, now based in Madrid, founded HighClouds in 2015. With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
