OHYUNG and Stefa*‘s anthem “Huele a Fraude” is taken from the soundtrack of Julio Torres‘ feature film debut Problemista.
When they’re not producing experimental and political rap, Robert Ouyang Rusli aka OHYUNG writes music for indie movies. Recently, OHYUNG scored Problemista, the surrealist new comedy written and directed by Julio Torres. Torres’ directorial debut, starring the actor-comedian alongside Tilda Swinton and RZA of Wu-Tang Clan, depicts the story of an aspiring toy designer from El Salvador whose only hope to stay in the country and realize his dream is to take a job assisting an erratic art-world outcast.
OHYUNG created 53 songs for Problemista, including highlight “Huele a Fraude”, which also features vocalist Stefa* (aka Stefa Marin Alarcón). Listen to the epic synth-pop song below.
