She won our hearts thanks to her track “The Wheel” and now our love is growing even more. Taken from her forthcoming album “The Hope Six Demolition Project” due to be released on April 15 via Island Records, PJ Harvey shared the video for the second track from it called “The Community Of Hope“
Directed by Seamus Murphy, who already directed the video for “The Wheel”, you can follow shots taken in Washington DC. At the end of the video, you can follow a church group rehearsing the chorus until they sing it in front of an entire congregation creating a very powerful and almost cathartic atmosphere around the track. PJ Harvey was recently criticized by DC politicians saying about her that “PJ Harvey is to music what Piers Morgan is to cable news.”
