“Fully Mature Things” is the third single from TUVABAND‘s upcoming album Growing Pains & Pleasures, out May 21 on Passions Flames.
Norwegian singer-songwriter TUVABAND is readying the release of her third album with “Fully Mature Things,” a raw and atmospheric track which coveys a certain stormy tension. The association of the drums, that calls to mind the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks of a beach, and her expressive, dramatic delivery makes for a wondrous sound.
“It’s about accepting changes and letting go of the past to make space for the new, as a result of realising that fully mature things rot,” she explained about the track. “The song covers everything from old and ingrained patterns of behaviour and thoughts, both on a personal level and in a society’s social structure. This song might actually be my favourite song on the album”.
