Last month, Derbyshire trio Patawawa released their critically-acclaimed debut EP “Bedroom“. As a way to continue to promote it, they shared the video for their single “Patagonia”.
Directed by French illustrator and animator Regards Coupables, the video marries perfectly the colorful fun vibe of the track. Blending addictive pop hooks and disco-inspired production, the trio caught the attention of the entire internet, going all of the way to the BBC and NME. Let’s hope that the momentum doesn’t stop there and the trio will continue to surprise us this year that is just starting for them.
