Yangze shares bittersweet new single “F*** No” ahead of debut album Heartbreak Stew

Yangze's debut album Heartbreak Stew is out on November 13 via Escho.

Copenhagen producer and composer Jakob Littauer, better known as Yangze, a nickname he’s had since birth, first made a name for himself with the techno group Electrojuice, even playing Berghain at just 16. These days, he’s part of TLF Trio alongside Cæcilie Trier, and his production credits include Ydegirl, Liss, and CTM. In 2025, he also appeared alongside Clairo on Smerz‘s “You Got Time I Got Money,” which we named one of our favourite song of that year.

Despite all that experience, Littauer is only now getting ready to release his debut solo album. Titled Heartbreak Stew, the record arrives on November 13 via Danish label Escho. His previous single, “Okay,” has already made its way into our Best Songs of 2026 playlist, and now Yangze is giving us one last taste of what’s to come.

Despite its rather blunt title, “F*** No” is actually a tender, bittersweet ballad. Built around delicate guitar arpeggios, the track captures that strange feeling of leaving something behind, whether it’s a city, a relationship, or a bit of both. Listen below.
