IDM producer Liam Mour releases immersive new EP, All Set Let’s Swim

Liam Mour's All Set Let’s Swim EP is out via Platoon.

Berlin-born, Porto-based electronic music artist Liam Mour is known for his deeply emotive soundscapes that blend IDM, ambient, trip-hop, and alternative influences. With a background in classical composition and a love for analogue textures, his music feels both cinematic and personal, like a dream you don’t want to wake up from.

Now, he’s back with All Set Let’s Swim, his new introspective and dreamy EP. Inspired by the raw beauty of Portugal’s landscapes and the ocean’s endless movement, this record marks a turning point—both personally and artistically. Lead track “Altered Reality” sets the tone, seamlessly fusing electronic beats with live strings, shoegaze guitars, and ethereal vocals from longtime collaborators Noraa and Thala. It’s a sound that feels nostalgic yet futuristic, “like a ’90s arthouse film projected in 2050,” as fairly written in the press release.

For Mour, this EP isn’t just a collection of songs—it’s a journey. “I made it. I arrived. I swam the whole way,” he reflects. All Set Let’s Swim is an invitation to take that plunge, to surrender to the flow, and to see where the current takes you.
