Oddnesse explores romance in bittersweet new single “Rome”

Oddnesse‘s new track, “Rome,” is out now.

Singer-songwriter and producer Rebeca Arango aka Oddnesse shares her new single “Rome,” in which she ruminates about a romance. Probably inspired by the lockdown, and being bored and alone at home, the track is described as “a breezy anthem for those like me, stuck at home working, not having glamorous adventures, not completing the list of conventional social requirements for living your best grown up life.” It also contrasts shiny bright arrangements with bittersweet lyrics, inspired by Gordon Lightfoot’s song “if you could read my mind.” Listen below.
